Are Pill Vitamins a Waste?

Generally speaking, you can buy vitamins and nutritional supplements in 2 forms: pills or liquid. A lot of people ask me which form is better and why, so I’ve decided to explain the difference.
For the most part, taking liquid vitamins is MUCH better for you than taking the pill form. Why?
Liquid Vitamins are much better absorbed than pill vitamins
Pills are more taxing on your digestive system
Pills are much harder to swallow
Liquid vitamins help you achieve better health much faster than pill vitamins
A recent study showed that while 98%of liquid vitamins are absorbed by your body, only 10-20% of pill vitamins are absorbed. First, this means that you have to take MANY more pills than you would the liquid equivalent. And second, it means that that for every $100 you spend on nutritional pills, about $85 goes down the toilet. Only 2% of liquid vitamins is lost. So in the end, taking liquid vitamins save you a lot of money.
Also, because of the way pill vitamins are broken down by your body, your digestive system has to work a lot harder to digest pill vitamins than liquid ones. By taking liquid vitamins, your freeing up a lot of digestive energy that your body could use for other things, such as working or playing with your kids.
Finally, pills are much harder to swallow than liquid, so children and the elderly have a hard time taking pills. Plus, most people have to take many different pills during a normal day to achieve the health they need. But with liquid, you can usually get all the vitamins your body needs in just a few ounces.
Here is a great article on Liquid Vitamins versus Chewable Vitamins.
As always here is a video to go along with the article.

vitamins were better than pill form. Where would I be able to buy that other than places like GNC? What does it taste like? and How often would you recommend drinking it? Thanks for the post.
