		<description>It sounds like your on the right track.  Eating clean and burning more calories than you take in is the only way to go.

It's not rocket science and as complicated as people make it out to be.

None of the pills or potions out there are worth the money.   The only exception is a good vitamin &#038; mineral supplement and make sure you are also getting your omega's.   That is the only thing you need to worry about.  Just keep up what your doing and you will be dropping pounds in no time.

If you are working out and want to log your progress there is a link on the side of the page that says "Play the Game".  They give out prizes everyday for doing what your going to do anyway (work out).  Best of all it's free.

I found it keeps me on track and I miss less workouts.

I am slowly starting to eat healthier and I was 3 times a week for about a half hour, and I am sarting to jog... I have been doing this for 2 weeks and it is May 14.. I was wondering If I will be able to loose weight by doing this? I want to at least loose 10 pounds by july is this possible?</description>
